MYLK reserves the right to deny and cancel orders anytime after placement, for any reason, at our sole discretion. You will be notified by email, to the email address given during checkout of the decision made by MYLK to cancel your order. Should your order be cancelled, MYLK will not be obligated to fulfill/ship your order. After cancellation has taken place, MYLK will return all monies exchanged, back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Orders may be denied and cancelled in whole, or in part by MYLK for any the following reasons (though not limited to):

  • -Limited product quantities available to fulfill your order

  • -Inaccuracies or errors related to product within your order

  • -Suspected intent to resell

  • -Shipping to any of following locations: warehouses, freight forwarding businesses, hotels/motels

  • -Ingredient recalls, affecting an item within your order

Privacy & Safety


MYLK strives at all times to protect the security and privacy of any information you provide over the internet However because of the inherent nature of the internet, cannot guarantee that this information will not be improperly accessed or used by third parties.  You are submitting this information over the internet to at your own risk.  


Our policy stands for 14 days, beyond that we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned - we can not accept returns on items including probiotics because we can not have sufficient quality control over these items and their storage when they are not in our possession.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without confirmation from MYLK Essentials.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few days to be processed and appear online. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Shipping on returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
